If you’re like most people, you write the same grocery list week after week. Milk, eggs, bread, chicken… and then you get to the store and realize you forgot something anyway.
Here’s a better way. Open ChatGPT and type this:
“I’m planning meals for the week. We’re having [mention 2-3 dinners you’re thinking of]. Please create a complete grocery list organized by store section — produce, dairy, meat, pantry — including everything I’ll need.”
In about 20 seconds, you’ll have a full, organized list — sorted the way you actually walk through a store. No more zigzagging back to produce because you forgot the onions.
You can even tell it things like “we don’t eat pork” or “keep it under $100” and it adjusts. It’s like having a really organized friend help you plan your week.
Try it this week before your next grocery run. I promise you’ll never go back to writing it by hand.
